USC® Garage Flexible Glaze is a premium polyester, self-leveling finishing glaze designed for both flexible and rigid substrates. Formulated to deliver superior adhesion, resilience, and a smooth, pinhole-free finish, this glaze is ideal for final repairs on bumpers, ground effects, fascia, and other flexible plastics. It also bonds exceptionally well to fiberglass, SMC, and properly prepped metals. With easy spreading, rapid cure, and effortless sanding, Flexible Glaze ensures flawless blends and invisible repairs as the perfect final coat over body filler.

Technical Specifications

Application & Preparation

1. Surface Prep – Clean with solvent (#1240-1 Wax, Grease & Silicone Remover). Featheredge with 80–180 grit.
2. Mixing – Bring to 68°F minimum. Mix at 50:1 ratio with hardener until uniform.
3. Application – Apply thin coats with firm pressure. Build higher than surface for sanding.
4. Finishing – Sand hardened material with 100–180 grit, follow with 220–400 grit.
5. Topcoating – May be finished with polyester, 2K urethane, or 1K primers.
