SprayMax® 2K Epoxy Sealer Primer is a professional-grade, two-component epoxy sealer designed for excellent adhesion and long-term corrosion protection on difficult substrates. Engineered for use on bare metal and other challenging surfaces, this epoxy sealer creates a durable insulating barrier that helps prevent moisture penetration and corrosion under subsequent coatings.
Unlike filler primers, this product is intended as a true epoxy sealer, providing superior adhesion and substrate isolation prior to basecoat or topcoat application. Ideal for body shop repairs, restorations, and spot refinishing where maximum reliability is required.
Available in multiple colors to improve coverage efficiency and color uniformity prior to topcoating.

Usage Notes
- Shake can thoroughly before activation
- Activate internal hardener prior to use
- Apply 2–3 light, even coats with proper flash time between coats
- Allow appropriate drying time before sanding or topcoating
- Sand if recoating after extended cure time
- Do not apply over acid-based primers
