SprayMax® 1K UV Primer / Filler is a high-efficiency, UV-cured primer designed for fast repair workflows in professional refinishing environments. This aerosol primer offers strong filling properties and rapid curing when exposed to approved UV-A equipment.

Engineered for productivity, this UV primer can be ready for sanding in as little as 2–4 minutes under proper UV-A curing conditions. It is suitable for use on properly prepared metal, plastics, old paint surfaces, and composite materials.

UV Curing Requirements

• Wood, MDF, hard fiber boards (properly prepared)

Application Notes

• Shake can for at least 2 minutes before use
• Spray distance: 2–4 inches (5–10 cm)
• Apply 1–2 coats for desired film build
• After curing, remove adhesive layer with SprayMax UV Cleaner 3680290 before sanding
• Dry sand P600–P800 or wet sand P1000–P2000 before topcoat
