The $159.95 service price covers the standard RUPES USA repair or refurbishment program, applicable round-trip shipping, packaging, and Car Club of Rochester’s handling and coordination service.
Repair scope and replacement components are determined by RUPES USA after inspection. Damage caused by severe impact, water intrusion, fire, unauthorized modification, missing components, or other unusual circumstances may fall outside the standard repair program.
Any additional charges identified by RUPES USA will be communicated for approval before additional work is authorized.
Repair timelines may vary based on shipping, parts availability, and RUPES USA service volume. Car Club of Rochester facilitates the repair process but does not perform the internal machine repair.
