High Teck E-Coat Repair Aerosol is a corrosion-resistant, direct-to-metal coating designed to replicate OEM factory e-coat finishes. Available in multiple factory-matched colors, this aerosol restores both the appearance and protection of original e-coated surfaces on replacement panels and repaired areas.
This versatile coating can be used as a DTM primer or as a standalone OEM-style finish. It provides excellent adhesion to bare metal, e-coat, primers, and painted surfaces while delivering long-term corrosion protection and UV resistance.

Application Instructions
- Remove all rust, oxidation, and contaminants from the surface.
- Abrade surface using 600P–800P grit sandpaper.
- Shake can thoroughly for at least 2 minutes.
- Apply 1–2 medium coats from approximately 10 inches away.
- Allow 10 minutes flash time between coats.
- Allow 20–30 minutes dust-free and 30–60 minutes full dry at 70°F.
- Invert can after use and spray to clear nozzle.
