Evercoat® Slick Sand™ 100709 is a high-solids, extra high-build polyester primer surfacer designed for professional refinishing. With excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates—including steel, galvanized metal, aluminum, fiberglass, SMC, wood, rigid plastics, and body filler—this primer is ideally suited for leveling large, uneven surfaces.

The fast-building formula reduces finishing time, while its compatibility with waterborne and solvent-based systems makes it highly versatile. MEKP activator is included with every can.

Instructions:

1. Prepare surface by cleaning and sanding per manufacturer’s recommendations.
2. Mix Slick Sand with included MEKP activator per technical data sheet.
3. Apply using an HVLP spray gun, building up to desired thickness.
4. Allow proper flash time and cure before sanding or recoating.
5. Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of PPE in a well-ventilated area.
