EVERCOAT® Feather Fill G2™ is a premium, high-solids polyester primer surfacer formulated to provide an ultra-smooth foundation for any paint system. Ideal for collision repair professionals, it delivers superior flow, leveling, and easy sanding with minimal shrinkage. This VOC-compliant formula is engineered to bond exceptionally well to a range of substrates including fiberglass, SMC, rigid plastics, body filler, wood, and properly prepped primers.

Now available in Black, Buff, or Gray, each in a 1-gallon round can with MEKP activator included.

Surface Prep Guidelines:

• Metal: Must use high-quality epoxy primer before applying Feather Fill G2
• Pre-painted Surfaces: Sand to 320 grit before application
• Fiberglass & Plastics: Clean thoroughly with acetone; sand and prep as needed
• Body Filler: Final sand to 220–320 grit and feather edge prior to application
