Winter Vehicle Drop-Off Scheduling ❄️
Your 2026–2027 winter storage space is reserved. Use the scheduling tool below to choose a convenient date and time to drop off your vehicle.
Scheduling your arrival helps us prepare the facility, plan vehicle placement, and make the drop-off process as quick and easy as possible.
Before You Schedule
Your first month of storage has already been prepaid as part of your reservation.
Your six-month storage term begins on the actual date you drop off your vehicle. Your prepaid reservation payment covers your first month, and your next monthly payment will be billed 30 days after your drop-off date.
There is nothing additional due when scheduling your appointment.
Step-by-Step Drop-Off Guide

If you reserved multiple spaces, select the appropriate number of vehicles for this appointment.

Choose your drop-off time.
Select an available date and time from the calendar below.

Enter your vehicle information.
Please include the Year, Make, Model, and Color of each vehicle so we know exactly what is arriving.

Let us know about any special requests.
If your vehicle has unusual dimensions, very low ground clearance, a battery-tender requirement, or another storage consideration, please include it in the notes.

Click “Book Now.”
Once submitted, your drop-off appointment is scheduled.
Drop-Off Dates
Winter storage drop-offs are available beginning Friday, October 2 through the end of December.
Available appointment times will be shown in the scheduling calendar.
If you need a special accommodation outside the available times, please contact me and I’ll do my best to work with you.
Vehicle Placement
Vehicles are placed throughout the facility based on size, dimensions, access requirements, and the overall storage layout.
If you have a specific request regarding where or how your vehicle is stored, please include it when scheduling. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests whenever possible.
Need to Add Another Vehicle?
We only have a small number of storage spaces remaining.
If you would like to add another vehicle to your 2026–2027 reservation, please contact me directly before scheduling so I can confirm availability.
