Donation & Sponsorship Requests
Car Club of Rochester is proud to support important events that strengthen our community and advance automotive culture. Since we receive a high volume of requests, we carefully review each submission to ensure alignment with our mission, values, and professional standards.
Priority consideration is given to:
- Youth education and development
- Automotive enthusiasm and craftsmanship
- Community-focused nonprofit initiatives
- Events that promote integrity and professionalism
We do not typically sponsor events that promote political agendas, divisive causes, or activities that conflict with our company values.
Before You Apply
- Submission does not guarantee approval.
- Approved donations must clearly recognize Car Club of Rochester as a sponsor where applicable.
- We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
Review Process
- All requests are reviewed internally by our Community Impact Council (C.I.C.).
- You will be contacted via email if your request is approved or requires additional information.
- Please allow time for C.I.C. to review and respond.
- If Car Club of Rochester is physically participating in the event, a certificate of insurance may be required.
